It's been 10 years since I posted here. It's been so long I'd completely forgotten I even had a blog. Morgan is married and in Texas. She graduated from UVU with her Bachelors degree in botany. Her hubby is working on his doctorate at Texas A&M; I believe in political science. Broden and his partner live in Santaquin. His partner is a talented barber and Broden is doing surveying at the moment. He is looking into going back to school to get certifications in technology computer-y stuff. David is still at home with me. He has been volunteering at a local charity on and off and is responsible for his funny ESA cat Bubbles. I am blessed to be their mother, they have grown into wonderful adults and I am so proud of them.
Me...I graduated with my Associates degree in Psychology a few years ago. I am nearing the completion of my Bachelors program. My degree was going to be Elementary Education and Special Education-dual licensure...BUT....I am going to be graduating with my degree in Educational Studies instead. I can't afford to pay tuition and student teach for free. Gotta pay the bills.... I will be taking the alternate path to licensure and hopefully be teaching a special education class of my own next school year.
I still update more frequently on Facebook, and a bit on Instagram. I started a little side hustle repairing old quilts and making household items (table runners, etc). I hope to have more time to promote and work on that after I graduate.
